Hi! My name is Koren and I am currently attending Buffalo State University, working towards my bachelors degree in Biology with a large interest in movement, nutrition and wellness. When not at school, you can find me assisting the amazing doctors of Universal Chiropractic, a company I’ve been with for almost 3 years now! The experience has allowed me to gain hands-on knowledge in body mechanics as well as meet and help a variety of individuals that may seek care for a multitude of reasons. You can also find me instructing and choreographing dance for all ages in Blasdell, NY. Thirdly, you can find me relaxing on a hot beach somewhere, as I LOVE to travel and the snow in Buffalo is no joke.

I have a huge passion for educating others as well as finding ways to implement genuinely fun exercise! I firmly believe in connecting relaxation techniques with preventative care methods, personalized to an individual’s daily lifestyle-because they’re really is no one size fits all approach.
